Rock Climbing.

Rock climbingis a sport in which participants climb up the our inhouse adventure wall with the goal of reaching the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a pre-defined route. Rock climbing is similar to scrambling(another activity involving the scaling of hills and similar formations), but climbing is generally differentiated by its need for the use of the climber's hands to hold his or her own weight and not just provide balance.Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber's strength, endurance, agility, and balance along with his or her mental control.

White Water Rafting.

Whitewater rafting or Rafting is a challenging recreational activity using an inflatable raft to navigate a river . This is usually done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and excite the raft passengers. The development of this activity as a leisure sport has become popular since the mid-1970s.Rafting is done at Kundalike River located 40 kms from the resort.Usually starts at 8:00 am,it is a half day activity which covers 12 kms stretch.2 Batches are conducted in the Monsoons season.

Kayaking at Kamath Residency resort - Nagothane.

Kayakingis the use of a kayak for moving across water. Kayaking is generally differentiated from canoeing by the sitting position of the paddler and the number of blades on the paddle.Almost all kayaks are sit-on-top kayaks.Its a wonderful activity to row your own kayak amidst nature.

Flying Fox.

A person is send decending from a high point to a  low point using safety ropes and gears.its a highly thrilling activity which charges you up leaving you with a feeling to do it again.
